BENZ-HMB CZECH a.s. was established in 1993 as a joint venture of the Swiss person (the owner of the company BENZ-HMB A.G.) and Mr. Antonin Lizr and Mrs. Alena Lizrova. The production of the application software for measure and control systems (for paper machines) produced and sold globally by the company BENZ-HMB A.G. became main activity of the newly established company.

In 1996 BENZ-HMB A.G. decided to leave the market of measure and control systems for paper machines and therefore the mutual cooperation was ended.

Since 1996 BENZ-HMB CZECH a.s. produces own measurement and control systems (QCS) for continuous web production machines. Since 2004 the company activity was extended to control systems for dryers of minerals. At present BENZ-HMB CZECH a.s. is owned by Czech capital.
