Measurement and control systems OPTIPA are offered especially for production and converting lines which produce continuous webs of a product. These webs are usually winded on into the rolls or are processed on cutting machines into the sheets with required different sizes.

Specific example of OPTIPA application is machine for panel production on conveyors.

The basic functions of the system OPTIPA for all these machines are measurement and eventually control of following qualitative parameters - moisture, basis weight eventually thickness. The system can measure/control these parameters for the whole product or if possible only selectively for a particular layer(s).
